We have taken steps to fulfill that promise to you, so you can take comfort knowing that we are here during these uncertain times.

What you can expect from us:

  • Our assignment employees’ and security officers’ safety and well-being is paramount to us, as is the safety and well-being of your employees.  Therefore, we have advised our employees about how to take care of themselves, protect others, and monitor the latest developments.
  • Lofton will remain open and adequately staffed to handle your staffing and security needs.
  • We have made provisions for our essential staff to work remotely if that becomes necessary in the future.
  • We are limiting external face-to-face visits and traffic within our offices.

We Believe...

Relationships are built…one on one.
Know your people - match interest and talents to the tasks.
Don’t manage by numbers. (They just show if we’re on track.) People do the work.
People should feel better when they leave than when they came – and in turn we feel better.
When we help others, we help ourselves.
Great expectations: fair pay, fair treatment, teach me.
Have fun…and be better.
Work at having fun (51% of the time.) If you don’t feel it, fake it. Having fun is not slacking off. Work is more natural than play.
