I tell any and everyone to use Lofton Staffing because it was so easy! They took the headache out of job hunting for me and placed me in a position that I love! I am so thankful that I used Lofton!

The team in Gonzales does a GREAT job!

- Kirk, Gonzales

Lofton placed me on a temporary assignment in 2010, which led to me being hired permanently not even a year after. I stayed with the company for 5 years until they closed down. I went right back to Lofton Staffing and they placed me within a week of being laid off.  Lofton is great and I pray I won't have to come back, but if so, I will not hesitate.

- Latonya, Gonzales

Lofton has made it pretty easy for me to find a job.  They found me a place to work within 3 days of me stepping into the office. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Lofton to anyone that was looking for work.

Welcome to Gonzales

Since 1979, Lofton has built a reputation on providing staffing solutions that companies can rely on to make their businesses more efficient, cost-effective and profitable. Our founder, Mr. Thomas I. Lofton, spent more than fifteen years in human resources management in the chemical industry. Utilizing his experience, he began his own temporary help company as a franchise of a large national company.

That two-room office has grown over the last 40 years to the largest locally owned, independent staffing and security company in Louisiana, boasting eight offices in Louisiana, two offices in Texas, and one in Arkansas and Mississippi.  Our corporate office is located in Baton Rouge, LA. In 2000, Lofton became completely independent and changed its name to reflect the entrepreneur who began our business.

We Believe...

Relationships are built…one on one.
Know your people - match interest and talents to the tasks.
Don’t manage by numbers. (They just show if we’re on track.) People do the work.
People should feel better when they leave than when they came – and in turn we feel better.
When we help others, we help ourselves.
Great expectations: fair pay, fair treatment, teach me.
Have fun…and be better.
Work at having fun (51% of the time.) If you don’t feel it, fake it. Having fun is not slacking off. Work is more natural than play.
