Lofton Medical has always been very helpful and quick to reply.  Just an all-around quality company.

- Audrey, Medical Office Manager

Good company to work with.  Lofton Medical has worked to get our employees scheduled for ACLS on short notice.

- Lori, Medical HR/AP

The staff at Lofton are always responsive. They have great communication and fantastic customer service. I have been quite pleased!

- Shannon, Director of Nursing

I am an independent CPR trainer.  Lofton Medical is my training center.  With them and the people that handle my account, about 85 dental offices would have a difficult time meeting there continuing education requirements.  Thank you for all you do for me and the dental offices that I serve.

- Kenneth, CPR Trainer

We Believe...

Relationships are built…one on one.
Know your people - match interest and talents to the tasks.
Don’t manage by numbers. (They just show if we’re on track.) People do the work.
People should feel better when they leave than when they came – and in turn we feel better.
When we help others, we help ourselves.
Great expectations: fair pay, fair treatment, teach me.
Have fun…and be better.
Work at having fun (51% of the time.) If you don’t feel it, fake it. Having fun is not slacking off. Work is more natural than play.
